The intake sessions previously scheduled for October 21st and 28th have been cancelled, and will instead be held on a weekly basis, occurring every Wednesday from 4:30pm-6:30pm at WHC.

Reminders:
-We will accept receipts as far back as August 1st, 2023
-We will accept expired Status Cards
-This program is for Wikwemikong Band Members only
-If you sent an email for the application package and have not received one, please follow up with your email (whcintake@wikyhealth.ca)

Please note: Patricia Manitowabi, Jordan’s Principle Intake/Data Entry Worker is available Monday – Friday from 8am-4pm at WHC if you would like to drop your application package off or have any questions related to the program.

-No registration is required for the intake sessions.

-Paper copies will be available at all intake sessions
